Staff are the friendliest. In house manager ever so helpful and always checked to see we were okay. Thought parking was a problem, but reassured by all staff.

Me and my boyfriend decided to visit Woks hall for Saturday lunch. when we got there, it was completely empty and no buffet was set - the friendly man at front of house came over and explained how rather than cook the buffet and have food go to waste, would we rather pick a selection from the menu and they would cook from fresh. we thought this a fantastic idea - fresh Chinese food for only £5!! overall we had a wonderful experience and was so happy at the service and helpfulness of staff. the chef's are amazing! we had so much food on our table, and felt awful for not fitting it all in! woks hall - 110%

Food was good but a little pricey (not much reduction for kids). Good variety of dishes. Staff friendly if not overly helpful.

We Just love that Karaoke room they had.  And we been told to book 1 month in advance for the weekends. Also the manager tell us there will be a Beer Fountain as option in near future. ooh, Can't wait.....

We had a party of 9 for my 40th birthday, and we had lovely time the food was good, the services was fine and the value for money was fine.

We booked a table for 6, on arrival we were hurried to the buffet, only had 1 serving, hardly any food left, waiter came to the table and said we would have one opportunity to get more scraps as they were clearing up. Hardly any food there anyway. Good on a good day, awful on a bad day. PS hate the way they have hiked prices for Christmas (profiteering!)
