I went for Sunday lunch a couple of weeks ago with my cousin, the food was excellent. Good choice on puds too. Will be going again very soon.

Sunday carvery excellent value, friendly efficient staff. Salvi the Chef serving our food very jolly,  food excellent, definitely recommend and go again.

We go there every Thursday for a meal and the pub quiz. Service great, staff very friendly and helpful.

The barmaid Amelia (Millie) is as pretty as a picture and had a personality to match.  I'll be back not just for the beer but to try and get her to notice me.

We have been dinning here for many years now, if anything has improved these last 12 months. Some of the chefs are a little grumpy although the female chef is fine. I would recommend The Wilsons.

Twelve 'old codgers' have just had a mini school reunion at The Wilsons. We had a marvellous time and we cannot thank the staff enough for the welcome they gave us. Good food, very reasonably priced but top marks to all the very cheerful girls who served us. Thank you.

Fabulous pub. Fantastic food. manager very welcoming and courteous. A hands on person. would recommend to anyone. go feeling hungry and you wont be disappointed.

Good pub most of time can be naff on Fridays. Good fruit machines and staff OK Food is reasonable. Service good and friendly unlike some others in area.
