Pottowa Buddhist Centre - Solihull
Through meditation we will experience a sense of inner peace and relaxation.
Our mind will feel lucid and spacious and we will feel refreshed.
If we practice patiently, gradually our distracting and negative thoughts shall subside and we will be able to concentrate on the thoughts and states of mind that bring real happiness. When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment will arise within.
The Potowa Buddhist centre, based in Solihull, has been meeting for over two years.
Regular Meditation Classes: Wednesday Evening at 7.00pm.
We meet at Olton Library, 169a Warwick Road, Olton.
We also hold occasional day and weekend courses, meditation breaks, and study programmes.
