Great night the only downside was the upstairs bar area waiting for
15 minutes before giving up on a bar man even turning up food excellent
great choice for my family my sister doesn't like Chinese or Indian food
but she found things she could eat and did she eat! great restaurant and
superb waiting staff

The best Indian restaurant we have ever been to. Ever since this
restaurant opened in Solihull, we have not been to any other Indian
restaurants. My 3 year old son likes to eat a bit of everything and
mostly has his desserts as his main course. So Jimmy Spices is an ideal
place for our small family. My vegetarian wife enjoys the South India
rice pancakes, while I enjoy my chicken kebabs (almost as a main course)
and my son is enjoying the wonderful Indian sweets and pastries. Except
that you might find it a little pricey as compared to others, everything
else Quality, Choice, Service, Ambience, Location, et al could not be
better. Any day I would highly recommend it.

If you like your food really spicy then this is the place for you, even
the beetroot was spicy! Personally found everything too hot and couldn't
enjoy the food - the pizza looked ok, but went very quickly so never got
to try it. Several of the burners had gone out down one side so a lot
of the dishes were cold. I was asked if I wanted my stir fry spicy, I
said NO, but again I couldn't eat it - far too hot!! The beer is very
expensive, and even though we booked in advance we were stuck in a
gangway on some garden furniture, with everyone squeezing past us - even
though there were plenty of empty booths, we were told we couldn't have
one! Wouldn't recommend.

Food is nice and the atmosphere very enjoyable and relaxed. Loved the
fresh pizza and nanns breads were to die for. Only downside is the
cost of the beer - £4.70 for a bottle of Indian beer.

The best buffet restaurant ive ever visited. The kids loved the Live
stir fry, The wife loved the south Indian dosa and my favourite was the
kebabs with fresh nann breads. The service was outstanding far beyond
that of a buffet restaurant. Waiters very knowledgeable on wines. Good
value for money. Definitely worth a visit.

Have been several times to this relatively new venue (The old Yates).
Slightly overpriced for all you can eat fayre, but the quality and
choice is tremendous. Italian, Indian, English and Thai/Chinese. Bright
and spacious with a comfy upstairs bar for waiting customers. Ideal for
family parties. 4 pint pitchers available.
