I consider this my local really. I go most weeks for drinks with friends and more often than not for food as well. Last Saturday there were four of us in the restaurant and we had the usual spectacularly good meal. Can't really fault the place, great friendly service, well balanced menu, always something new and of course, excellent quality food. Brilliant!

A group of six of us went there last night  for a bar snack it was excellent as usual. Even the simple food is excellent and everything is home made including the ice cream!! We were attended to by smart and friendly staff and we did not break the bank. I would recommend  it to everyone.

Fantastic meal, cannot fault it in any way. While the prices are not cheap the quality of the food more than justified the cost. Can't wait to visit again!!

Tried the promotional meal at £10 including wine and we were amazed at the quality of meal ingredients, cooked to perfection and served with attention to detail. Excellent and friendly restaurant, we are booking a return.

Very disappointing experience of lunch at the Forest. Soggy bread, fatty ham, and cold chips. I won't bother again.

Quite simply one of the best meals that I have ever had. Certainly the best restaurant in the Solihull area. Although not the cheapest restaurant in the area, it is well worth it for a special occasion.

Myself and three friends, came along for lunch, and we ordered off the special menu, 2 courses costing only £10.00 per person which was very good value for money, the food was excellent, highly recommended.
