Shelly Farm Pre-School
Shelly Farm Pre-School opened in 1985 and is a registered charity and members
of the Pre-School Learning Alliance. A parents committee organises fundraising
and social events. The staff oversee the day to day running of the Pre-School
is the responsibility of the staff. We cater for children from 2.5years. We are open
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday a.m. and Tuesday and Thursday p.m,
during term-times. We are also registered to receive Nursery Education Grant
Funding, children qualify for this the term following their 3rd birthday.
An Under 3's group also is run by the Pre-School staff, which is open for children
aged 18months up to 3years, or until they start at Pre-School It is open on Monday
and Friday p.m. again during term time. Children who attend our Under 3's Group
are given priority for a place at this Pre-School.
