Had a Fantastic meal, Waiter very attentative, meal arrived
timely, and cost was very good.
We will be visiting again soon, and
making this a regular place to eat.

My Friend was given her salad 'without' the chicken, it was
only when I noticed it half way through the meal - apology was meagre.
I think that as a French Restaurant, there should at least be one person
who speaks French - none do!
Lastly, the chair first right can
easily fall off the platform - I fell off - it is dangerous.

Excellent! Perfect cooking, great service and I would
definitely make this one of my favourite places to go for a meal.
I have eaten in some of the top places in the UK and abroad and the food
compared well.

Slowest service of all time, that I have ever experienced.
This is not 'customer delight' it's customer despair' ... it's very
simple, more staff and better training will deliver operational
excellence ... waited so long we walked out.
Favourite Meal: would love to let you know BUT it never arrived

A most enjoyable meal was had by all. The service was
excellent from a young Turkish girl who attended to all our needs.

The waitress was incredibly surly and unhelpful. The food was
dreadful - the chips were cold as was the Tarte Tatin.
The coffee was
undrinkable. The waitress took the full cups of coffee away, did not
bring a replacement and still insisted on charging us in full for it! It
could not get much worse!!

Cosy and bustling this is my favourite place to eat in
Solihull town centre. Although part of a chain it manages to avoid that
impersonal franchise-feel. Great wine, great food, and the best
cappuccino in town.

Its the slowest place for food. We went on a Sunday afternoon
for two mugs of hot chocolate and they took 45 minutes to arrive. It
wasn't busy and got fed up of asking where our drinks were. The food is
great if you have the patience of a saint to wait!

A little thank you to all. I would like to thank you all very
much, especially Miss Filiz for a very warm and enjoyable evening shown
after the tiring ifsec security expo. Next time I come to England, I
assure you I will once again join in the warm environment offered. Hope
to see you all again in the future. Greetings from Turkey

Over all we had a splendid meal great value for money, at
some points the service was not as prompt as we would have liked but
that was made up by how friendly and helpful the staff and management
were.

Didn't actually get to eat there. We sat down and there was so much
"missing" from the menu that evening we decided to go elsewhere instead.
It was more a case of what have you got rather than what you haven't. It
felt like being in an episode of "Ello Ello" - being transported back to
the days of war time rationing.

An excellent meal, but the vegetables were limited, we like our
veggies!!!!!!!

I think they need more staff! The service is always very slow, although comes with a smile
when it eventually arrives!

Warm, relaxed atmosphere where you can hear yourself and your guests talk!
Not a huge choice for veggies but the roasted vegetables and couscous is very good.
