The food is pretty much what you expect of a chain. Not very well executed and poor quality ingredients. The front of house staff are lovely. Really efficient and pleasant.

It was my girlfriends birthday and she loves Italian food, But myself have never been to keen, but as being a special occasion took her to one of the only Italian restaurants in Solihull, when we arrived we were told we would have to wait about 45 mins for food, so we sat and had a drink and waited for our order, we had the ciabatta and balsamic vinegar unfortunately the oil drowned the flavour of the Vinegar, then came the meatballs and spaghetti, the spaghetti being hot underneath and luke warm on top, but the meatballs tasting like they had just come out of the fridge. my girlfriends dish Linguini Rustica or something to that effect was also luke warm and drowning in olive oil so to say we was disappointed was an understatement, on a plus note the service however was excellent the staff could not be faulted, we did stop for a pudding and they were very tasty, not being one to complain i did mention this to staff at the end of the evening and they were very apologetic and took some money off the bill, though I found the place to be a bit expensive, the food was tasty, and maybe we'd caught it on an off night.

I had one of the worst meals of my life at this restaurant last week. When we sat down we were told that there was no lasagne, no canneloni, no four cheese sauce and no mushrooms! We ordered a chicken dish which came after over an hours wait. It was plasticy chicken with a lumpy packet sauce and over done fries. It was so bad that we complained and didn't pay.

We were very disappointed with this restaurant.  We had a variety of dishes and all were poor.  The service was the worst I have experienced in some time, the drinks were very slow in coming and they managed to get everything wrong; the waitress even put on a fake Italian accent!

Really disappointed, this restaurant had been recommended to me by a friend and so I went along for lunch. I ordered a penne pasta main with a side order of garlic bread.  The garlic bread arrived within minutes but sadly the main arrived 15 minutes later!! leaving the garlic bread totally cold.. I had to ask the waitress if i could have some fresh garlic bread to arrive with my main meal which she seemed happy to do.  But then when the main meal arrived, the garlic bread didn't and so i had to stop eating my main meal and wait for it to arrive! The waitress was really polite although it seemed she was following a script and was really fed up, hardly any smiles at all!! I will go again as we can all have off days but sadly this off day wasn't reflected in my bill! Better luck next time eh?

Popped in for lunch on Saturday and was very impressed with the speed of service considering the place was busy.  Had great meal (can recommend the meatballs) served hot (always a plus) by a friendly and efficient waitress (Emma).  Will definitely visit again.

Really like this place lunchtime menu is a good deal and when I visited with my partner for our anniversary they made him a special sauce not on the menu, staff very friendly and efficient. Go visit !

I was really excited about this restaurant opening as I love the Chester one. I was a little disappointed as the menu is not as varied as it once was but the service and food were of the highest quality. Our meals were very late coming out but the staff explained the problem and kept us updated, only charging us for the drinks we had at the end of the night.
